We like to share great tidbits from newsletters around the country to help all of our Editors out there. The spotlight this month is on the newsletter of the Connecticut Dental Hygienists’ Association (CDHA) – Hylight. What an absolutely awesome enewsletter! And a special shout out to their Executive Director, Mary Moran Boudreau, RDH, MBA and their Newsletter Editor, Leslie Andrews, RDH, MBA, who produce this newsletter. In each issue, CDHA does a wonderful feature of a member in their community. They also include fun things like trivia contests, community service outings, and major promotion for their annual “Nutmeg Conference”. NEWSLETTER OF THE CONNECTICUT DENTAL HYGIENISTS’ ASSOCIATION, INC.
HYLight, the newsletter of the Connecticut Dental Hygienists’ Association, Inc. is published quarterly. The
newsletter contains updates on the regulations and practice of dental
hygiene in the state, and important dates and events for dental hygiene
related activities. There is also local component news
and meeting times, membership information, Student ADHA news,
editorials, research article reviews, employment opportunities, and
articles by dental specialists.
HYLight reaches over 500 members per issue with complimentary issues sent to dental groups throughout the country. The Summer issue is mailed to approximately 3000 registered hygienists in the state. This special issue contains the agenda, course and events descriptions and registration form for the Nutmeg Conference.
SUBSCRIPTIONS: $60.00 for four issues.
