New CDHA Member Benefit
HomeBenefitIQ is 100% voluntary, no cost benefits program for CDHA members, their families and friends. The program provides member credits or discounts on such services as mortgage financing, realtor commissions, closing attorney services, home inspection and appraisal services, moving services, identity theft protection, tax preparation, and various home repair, maintenance and improvements. Depending upon which services a member has selected, the savings could easily be several thousand dollars.
