The gal of CCDHA is to activate each CCDHA Member to tell a colleague to attend one membership/CE meeting to
increase membership.

CCDHA meets on the second Wednesday of the month from September - April for continuing education and association activities.  Meetings are held at the Alzheimer's Resource Center, 1261 South Main Street (Rt. 10), 2nd Floor Auditorium, Plantsville, CT 06489 (860/628-9000). 

Directions:

• East Bound: Rt. I-84 East to I691 East Exit 3 Turn left at ramp Rt. 10 North °
  
• Westbound: I-691 West Exit 3 Cheshire Rt. 10 Turn right at ramp Rt. 10 North °
  
• Westbound: Rte I-84 West to Exit 29-Left Exit -Turn left at ramp (Rt. 10)°
• Keep left at light/fork Stay on Rt. 10 North Travel 1/2 mile Alzheimer's Resource Center is on your right.  First  driveway on right is Alzheimer's Resource Center .
  
• Landmarks: corner of Mulberry & South Main St. is Sliders Grill & Bar (1219 S. Main) & across the street is Brunswick Super Bowl lanes (1300 S. Main )
  
  

One (1) Continuing Education Unit (CEU) is offered at each of the 8 meetings. By attending, CCDHA enables you to earn your State of CT Mandatory CE requirements to maintain your dental hygiene license.
